15-Minute Phone Conversation
Van profiles your company to see if there’s an opportunity to help.
60-Minute Phone Conversation
Van will evaluate high level company vitals and provide a 30,000 ft. assessment of your company’s performance.
90-Minute Face-to-Face Meeting
Company completes profile. Van and team provide a granular assessment of your company’s performance based on company data. Van’s propriety health and wellness dashboard is introduced to client.
Phone conversation with Van where callers describe their company issues (losing money, inadequate profitability, losing market share, not growing sufficiently, merger, sale, financing, etc.). Van Conway to provide insight and opinions on how to address such issues which might result in the caller choosing from the services offered by Van Conway and partners.
One time assessment of your business based on Van’s analysis of the company’s current and previous year financial statements and year to date financial statements for the same periods. Van and his team will analyze the financial and operational data and provide a one time written report with recommendations regarding areas of concern and action items to improve company performance.

For all services please execute the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). VCP will sign and return copy.

After receipt of executed NDA and relevant and necessary information, Van and his team will execute a financial and operational analysis of company performance including variance from plan, industry benchmarks, identification of negative variances impacting performance and evaluation of financial projections for the future quarters.

For all services please execute the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). VCP will sign and return copy.

Each month for the above fee the client will provide a monthly financial statement for the current and previous year and year-to-date financial statement for the same periods. In addition, to the extent available any financial projections for the same periods. Van and his team will analyze the financial and operational data and provide a written report each month with recommendations regarding areas of concern and action items to improve company performance.

For all services please execute the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). VCP will sign and return copy.

After receipt of the executed NDA and relevant and necessary information, Van and his team will preform the following services: in addition, to services offered within the “Under the Hood” category, the team will analyze in greater detail for key revenue and expense categories, review critical customer and vendor contracts, evaluate competition, initiate two-way, back and forth conversations with client, etc. As necessary to create a plan to improve the financial and operating performance of client company.

For all services please execute the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). VCP will sign and return copy.

After receipt of the executed NDA and relevant and necessary information, Van and his team will preform the following services: In addition, to services offered within the “Going to Work” category, the team will devote a one-two day visit with client discussing issues and recommendations based on the analysis that was conducted in the “Going to Work” exercise.

Van will provide a monthly report after evaluating your company’s monthly financial statements. 3-month commitment required.
30-Day Program
